Update On ICP Lawsuit Against the FBI…Directly From Michael Steinberg of the ACLU

As we found out yesterday, lawyers representing the Justice Department, ACLU, and ICP were in court to discuss a motion that was filed on behalf of the FBI. A ruling on that motion should be coming in late July. Today, Michael Steinberg of the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan posted a short video discussing what took place in court.
