Underground Avengers Issued Cease and Desist Order from Marvel!

Hey Everybody, this is your big homie Big Ian coming at you with what is sure to be one of the most bizarre underground news stories of 2014. Basically the Underground Avengers have been sent an official Cease and Desist letter from Marvel for their use of Marvel Likenesses in their UGA merchandise. Marvel obviously doesn't own the word "Avengers" but some of the imagery (Like Claas's Captain America Shield and Buk's appearance as the Hulk) are definitely Marvel property. As you can see in the letter at the bottom of this article the UGA have until January 27th to comply. This is crazy, obviously not awesome news for Boondox, Bukshot and Claas but the amount of attention you have to be getting to pop up on the radar of a company as big as Marvel is really significant and I think that's pretty awesome!Looks like those of you who snagged early UGA merch with the Marvel imagery have some new collectors items!
