The Hour of Reprisal - Ill Bill

It took a year and a half to finally release this album, but iLL BiLL has struck again with an album that some people will see as a throwback to Non Phixion's 2002 LP: "The Future Is Now"! If you listen to the first song of this album though, you'll realize that "Hour" is not that. It's the one album that Hip Hop has been waiting for since Nas stated that the genre was dead. From the first track to the last track, you'll hear Bill speak about a lot of subjects. One of these topics is the subject of what we've heard bill talk about since his Non Phixion days: That's the truth about the illuminati, the free masons, and the government's scheme to brainwash us. You also see Bill going on a personal tip with the following. "My Uncle" is a song he wrote for his Uncle who has recently relapsed with his drug addictions. "Riya (Featuring HR and Darryl Jenifer Of Bad Brains)" is a song he wrote to his daughter Riya Mae Brunstein. "Only Time Will Tell (Featuring Necro, Tech N9ne, and Everlast)" Is possibly one of the greatest songs I've ever heard! The beat by DJ Muggs and the guitars from Necro made it even better. If you don't buy another album at all, this album is what you need. Some stores are even selling it on the cheap! The DVD contains a live concert Featuring iLL BiLL, Mr. Hyde, Sabac Red, Jedi Mind Tricks, Immortal Technique, and Q-Unique from the Legendary CBGB in Brooklyn New York which has since closed down which makes this album even more worth it because there's history in the DVD as well as the album.
