Sid Wilson Let Go By Slipknot? *Updated*

Founding Slipknot Guitarist Jim Root just published a cryptic statement in response to the sudden reports of Sid Wilson and Slipknot. From Jim Root via Rock Feed “Don’t believe everything you read" “Think. Take a breath. Sit with it for awhile (sic). Maybe. Just maybe even wait until there’s more information.” *Original Article* We here at Faygoluvers.net are here to share some heavy music staleness.  After nearly 30 years of pursuing music with one of the greatest modern heavy bands, longtime turntablist/keyboardist Sid "DJ Starscream" Wilson is now all of sudden being reported from various sources that he is no longer part of the legendary Iowa multi-genre band Slipknot. We don't know the full details. But Blabbermouth.net, TMZ, Metal Injection, etc all explained it was as simple as  the other members of Slipknot notifying Sid Wilson this past Friday; with the unfortunate news that #0 was being let go by the band. No other information has been revealed. If true, that means Corey Taylor,  Shawn "Clown" Crahan, Jim Root, and Mick Thomson are now the only remaining members left from the classic Slipknot era. We wish both Sid Wilson and all of Slipknot nothing the best. As we await more details. And still await for the next "yet to be titled" full-length Slipknot LP to be released. P.S. One of Sid Wilson's best turntable flavor inside Slipknot's 1999 classic track "Purity" below!
