Shaggy 2 Dope reveals why there is no ICP Seminar at the Gathering

On today's edition of The Shaggy Show, the Murder Mayhem show asked a question that's been on everyone's minds since the GOTJ timeline dropped.

The question is: "Where is the ICP seminar?!"

Unfortunately, it really isn't happening this year, and it's because some Juggalos just don't know how to act. The trash wars have become a real problem over the past few years.  People get hurt because full, unopened cans and bottles get thrown, trash barrels hit other ninjas in their noggin', and tempers flare which cause fights.  J and Shaggy have just had enough. You can hear it straight from Shaggy in the video below. I did try to use the video that The Shaggy Show clipped, but it wasn't able to be embedded. Also, props to Hanka Media for the article picture!
