Rachel Paul Announces Launch of Detroit-Based Scrub House Productions

Rachel Paul (Dark Carnival Tarot, Lette's Respect) has announced her latest endeavor. Earlier today, Rachel took to her Facebook page to announced the launch of her record label and music production company, Scrub House Productions. Scrub House Productions will be based in Detroit, Michigan. Rachel also known as Gypsy will release her first album on the label. The album is entitled, "The High Priestess," it will be released at the upcoming Gathering. Gypsy will be performing twice during the Gathering. Once with the Juggalo Cypher winners from last year and a solo set on the Pendulum stage on Friday at 1pm.

In joyful anticipation of my upcoming 7-song EP, *Gypsy: The High Priestess,* set to be released at Gathering 17, I am thrilled to announce the debut of my very own record label and music production company, based in Detroit, Michigan: Scrub House Productions! Scrub House is a super talented team of amazingly supportive and talented artists and friends who have come together to create Gypsy's *The High Priestess* album, with plans to continue creating and building up music and art that is raw, real, and great "medicine." Life is a gift, and I am truly blessed to be surrounded by such a team of star players and companions along my musical journey. The name of our organization finds its roots in the now infamous Detroit Scrub House, which to me is a beautiful symbol of community strength, found family, and rebuilding against all odds, at times reminiscent of Andy Warhol's "The Factory" and other times, of course, "Animal House." There is much more to come from Scrub House Productions as time rolls on. We are just thrilled to be making our musical debut at Gathering 17 and look forward to your love and support as we move forward with our mission to rebuild, renew, and regenerate, sometimes against all odds. That's the TRUE story of the SCRUB HOUSE! Thank you for your love and support! More details to come!
