Nashville, TN, (March 14, 2014)... Los Banos, CA outlaw rebels, the Moonshine Bandits are about to raise some hell on tour as a part of the “Country Gone Wild” Tour with The Lacs beginning on March 20th in Scottsdale, AZ. To commemorate the launch of the tour and as a thank-you to their loyal fans, the Shiner Nation, the Moonshine Bandits have premiered their new video for the track “Throwdown” featuring The Lacs and Bubba Sparxxx online at http://youtu.be/pH1hkWeQBrc. The track appears on the Moonshine Bandits new album “Calicountry,” which recently debuted at #22 on Billboard Top Country Albums and #6 on the ITunes Country Charts. "We loved working with our buddies, The Lacs, and writing this song together. It's definitely a party anthem for anyone who likes to raise a little hell and  'Throwdown" after a hard work week," says Tex. "Growing up we were huge fans of the TV Show 'The Dukes of Hazzard' so it was really amazing to have the General Lee in this music video.  The video was directed by Scott Hansen and not only has some great high-speed chases through the countryside, but it also has some great mudding scenes.  The mud culture is huge in the South, but some people don't realize that California also has mud bogs like right here in the Central Valley at the La Grange Offroad Park.  Also, our buddy Bubba Sparxxx has a cameo role in the video.  We can't wait to perform this song with The Lacs live during our upcoming Country Gone Wild Tour." The Moonshine Bandits' new album “Calicountry” was executive produced by none other than country superstar Colt Ford and Average Joes’ CEO Shannon Houchins. The album features guest appearances by The Lacs, Colt Ford, Big B, Danny Boone from Rehab, Durwood Black, and American Idol contestant, Sarah Ross. From the thumping first single, “California Country,” to the party anthem “Throwdown,” and the contagious “We All Country,” the Moonshine Bandits' brand of "Cali Country" will surely turn some heads. Since the release of their genre-blending album, “Whiskey & Women,” California-based Moonshine Bandits have taken the world of outlaw music by storm. The group’s blue-collar work ethic and unwavering persistence has led to over 10 million views on the ShinerTV YouTube channel – collectively over 15 million views on YouTube - while their video for “My Kind of Country” peaked at #1 on CMT. Connecting with fans on all levels, the Moonshine Bandits have built a solid “Shiner Nation” of loyal fans, developed their own brand of Shiner Barbeque Seasoning, Beef Jerky and legal Moonshine (sold up and down the west coast). They also host “Shinerfest” an outdoor festival in Northern California. “Calicountry” is now available on iTunes and in stores at Walmart, Best Buy and Amazon.
