Mars (Mad Insanity Records) has returned from the shadows of the Wicked Underground to re-launch his very own peer to peer Mental Health support group for men in Northern California and beyond! Here is the official Man Overboard relaunch press release below!
From Mad Insanity Records:
Sometimes life’s challenges can leave you feeling as though you’re drowning.
Divorce, depression, work-related stress, relationship struggles, health concerns, grief, addiction, financial hardship, and the pressures of everyday life can make it difficult to keep your head above water. Man Overboard is a peer-to-peer men’s support group built on the simple belief that no man should have to face life’s storms alone.![]()
Founded by mental health community outreach leader Mario Delgado, Man Overboard brings men together in a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment where they can connect with others who have weathered similar seas. We believe that some of the strongest support comes from men who have been in the same boat and understand the challenges firsthand.
Through honest conversation, shared experiences, practical guidance, and mutual encouragement, we become lifelines for one another. Whether you’re navigating depression, divorce, relationship challenges, fatherhood, codependency, addiction, grief, career setbacks, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you’ll find a brotherhood committed to helping one another stay afloat.
For generations, many men have been taught to suffer in silence, to “tough it out,” and to carry life’s burdens alone. When work slows, family circumstances change, relationships break down, or the tide of depression begins to rise, it can feel as though you’re going down with the ship. At Man Overboard, we believe asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it’s an act of courage.
Our mission is to extend a helping hand before someone is lost beneath the waves. Together, we navigate life’s rough waters, help each other avoid the undertow of isolation and despair, and steer toward hope, healing, and purpose. Using Man Overboard as our vessel, we help men chart a healthier course, weather life’s storms, and keep moving toward brighter horizons.
Because every man deserves to know that when life becomes overwhelming, someone is ready to throw a lifeline.Men Helping Men Stay Afloat.THE REALITY:Most men don't burn out from lack of effort. They burn out from effort without direction. When pressure hits, we move faster. We don't stop to check our coordinates. We just keep rowing, overworking what was never working, drifting further from our goal without even realizing it.THE DOCTRINE:01 — STOP. Stillness is strategy, not weakness. When you're in the chaos, stop treading panic.02 — FLOAT. Let your mind settle. Your breath is the anchor. Clarity follows calm.03 — ANALYZE. Read your compass. Where is true north? Correct course before you row.THE SHIFT:You don't need to out-hustle the storm. You need to stop letting the storm steer you.Sync, then swim. One intentional move beats a hundred panicked ones.Breathe. Hold. Navigate. If you're feeling adrift right now — you're not alone in the water. Drop aor reach out.
