ICP Patreon October/December Gift Bag Update

If you haven't received a Patreon gift, please fill out the following form COMPLETELY and email it to [email protected]. Whoop Whoop! What was the full name you used to sign up? What was the email you used to sign up? What was the address you used to sign up? If your address had changed after signing up, what is your new address? What Months did you subscribe? What are you missing?

Make sure you're as thorough as possible so that you can get your goodies! If you are one of the ninjas who doesn't have their coin, DVD, You Produce ICP CD and Yum Yum's Lure CD, then this is what you need to do.

Just drop them an email with all of that info and they'll get you taken care of.  Hope that helps!
