ICP addresses "Killer Clown" sightings happening in random locations

I know that we've received a number of emails from ninjas worried that these random clown sightings near wooded areas (among other places) would be blamed on ICP and Juggalos.  We haven't put anything up about it simply because it didn't relate to Juggalos at all...or so we thought.
