HUGE New Update about the "Lette's Respect" Project!

I don't know if you realize it, but the Gathering of the Juggalos is a mere 3 weeks away!  If you're going, you're probably counting down the minutes, already packing, and just waiting for your opportunity to head out to Hatchet Landings for the 14th annual!  That being said, we've already opened a big can of worms about the Miss Juggalette pageant that's taking place this year.  Our homie Rachel Paul of the Dark Carnival Tarot has started a new project that we've mentioned before called "Lette's Respect". This section, and the whole idea behind the Lette's Respect project is to bring some dignity and class back to the Miss Juggalette pageant.  There are PLENTY of other places for debauchery at the Gathering, so let's not make the term "Juggalette" synonymous with "slutbag".  I know that over the years, the contest has gotten away from highlighting the talents of everyday Juggalettes, and gone the way of how far something can be shoved in any number of orifices.  I'm no prude, but don't Juggalos (and Juggalettes) get shit on enough as it is?  If we want respect, it's not going to be shown to us when our female counterparts are praised and given a title just for showing some skin. This year, the Miss Juggalette pageant is being taken back!  Psychopathic Records is on board with this, and there are a TON of details in the latest entry to the Lette's Respect section.  Whether or not you're going to the Gathering, take a few minutes and give this a read: [caption id="attachment_52959" align="aligncenter" width="276"] Read about TAKING BACK the Miss Juggalette pageant![/caption]

The first entry to this project got some mixed criticism, but I'd say that there was far more positive than negative about it!  I hope some of you Juggalos and Juggalettes will join us for the BBQ happening at 3 PM Saturday August 10th at the Freakshow Tent!  See you all there!
