Whaddup fam? It's the lady Rachel here. It's on a serious note that I am writing to report that we here at Faygoluvers recently received a number of disturbing messages from juggalos and juggalettes who claim to have been the targets of the use of excessive force by security staff at certain venues. In one particularly disturbing message, we received the following photos from an anonymous juggalo and juggalette who claim to have been assaulted by venue security at the St. Patrick's Day Twiztid concert. Please consider their testimony and photos for yourself:
My girlfriend and I were snatched up out of a concert by security because of a disagreement... we were shoved up against walls and slammed on the ground even after we said stop we are leaving... after we got home upset and distraught, we discovered many bruises all over our bodies.... it is not ok to man handle people like that... we will be pressing charges. 5 security guards choked and slammed me and my 100lb girlfriend like it was nothing... it was not right and I'm extremely disappointed on the way the whole situation was handled... they did not try to talk to us... the were just pushing, shoving and cussing at us. Very unprofessional. Being a security guard doesn't give you the right to assault someone.... especially not when they are telling you to stop. They were dragging us out in sleeper holds and slammed me against the wall and threw my girl to the floor... n the whole time we were yelling chill the fuck out we're leaving... but they wouldn't let go of us.... there were 5-6 of them. There were 3 on me and 2 on my girl.... and they had both of us by the throats
When we got home, we took this pictures of what they had done to her:

RA personally commented about the event on his Twitter:
"Last night at my concert there was a guy dressed in a HAMBURGER costume who got Choked Out by security. There was also a guy dressed like a TACO who got his nose broken."
It is not our intention to open up a Pandora's Box of unwarranted criticisms here. However, as one of the top fan sites in the juggalo community, the staff at Faygoluvers feels that it is important to keep all lines of communication open, especially in light of these messages. If juggalos and juggalettes feel that particular venues unfairly target, harass, threaten, or harm patrons, particularly via unethical security practices, then these incidents should be documented. It is a matter of raising the awareness of everyone involved in underground music, including the artists, club management, security staff, and the juggalo family, with the goal of ensuring that everyone can enjoy a safe and fun time without incident at events. It is important to note that FLH is by no means saying here that these or other reports of unwarranted violence are unquestionably valid, as there are always two sides to the story. Nor is it our intention to unfairly lambast any establishments or hurt any businesses. We also especially sympathize with the booking agents, promoters, labels, and artists who work hard to establish and maintain their relationships with venue management so that they can continue to successfully tour and show the fans a great time. That said, our goal here is simple: We want to ensure that ALL juggalos and juggalettes can enjoy musical performances without being exposed to the use of excessive force by security personnel. If a club is notorious for unfairly handing patrons (as many are these days), then the community, artists, and concert promoters should be aware of this. Juggalos and juggalettes--We here at FLH want to emphasize that you have a voice and are free to write us at [email protected] if you feel that you have been physically harassed, manhandled, or brutalized by security staff during an underground event. Please send your stories, photos, and information to us for inclusion in a larger archive. And, yes, we realize that we do run the risk of sounding like a medical malpractice infomercial here, but in all seriousness, we want everybody to stay safe out there, fam. Thank you for reading. Much love.
