ACLU & ICP TO HOST PRESS CONFERENCE REGARDING FBI GANG DESIGNATION The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Michigan and the Detroit rap duo Insane Clown Posse will host a press conference tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, to announce action on behalf of Juggalos – fans of Insane Clown Posse – in light of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s erroneous designation of the Juggalos as a “hybrid” criminal gang. Previously, members of ICP had filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit in an attempt to find out what justification, if any, federal law enforcement authorities had for this designation.
