A Juggalo named Anthony Lewandowski has Passed Away

I have some bad news to report Juggalos. A Juggalo named Anthony Lewandowski has passed away from a Heroin Overdose. We were told after a long battle with addiction, he finally sought help and stopped doing drugs. Unfortunately, he just could not stay clean. He relapsed, overdosed and passed away. We would like to send our condolences to Anthony’s family and friends during this hard time.

Rest In Peace –Anthony Lewandowski
